Noses back to the grindstone

I hope everybody had a great Easter vacation! It was (for the most part) warm and sunny in Auckland. It is approaching winter now and many people will stay indoors and not benefit from Vitamin D. Vitamin D has been linked to keeping us happy and healthy. Of course it is important to remind everybody to not stay out in the sun too long and to try and cover up - big rimmed hats and long sleeved clothing is great.

It's also a good idea to wear an SPF when going out even during the colder months. We have a great selection of sunscreens for the face, one of the best is the Invisible Zinc Environmental Protector, which has the strength and staying power of a regular sunscreen with the light feel of a regular moisturiser.

A great way to take vitamin D is in the form of a drop. My personal favourite is the Bioceuticals Vitamin D3 drops. It has a metered dosage so you squeeze out exactly the right amount each time. Just 1 drop 3 times a day in water (or 3 drops at once). We don't show the price online due to supplier regulations but it's very economical and affordable. All you need to do is fill out the form with your name and contact e-mail and/or phone number and then we call you to confirm the price. Very quick and easy.

For more reading head on over to the Vitamin D Council. To browse our Vitamin D supplements simply click here. We have a really huge range so there should be something for everybody.
